Guest House

A Perfect Place for Visitors

The Guest House was constructed as the ‘Servant’s House’ and built to live in while the Manor House construction was underway between 1915-1917. Made of stone, this 3,100 square foot home has two floors, three bedrooms plus a sitting/nursery room, and 2 bathrooms. The first floor, with beautiful oak wood floors, has four traditional wood-burning replaces, a formal dining room and living room, a pub room, parlor and sunroom. The master suite is conveniently located on the first floor. The Guest House, next to the Manor, sits amongst the aspens and is beautifully landscaped. Elegant and comfortable, guests will feel right at home.

(Retreat at Greystone) The only thing more magical than being enveloped in the warmth of a mountain home and the breathtaking beauty of nature is sharing it with a community of kind, open-hearted people. When I attended Dr. Sue’s…retreat in Evergreen, I was going through a difficult time of transition in my life, and I found great healing in the comforts of that safe space and in the wisdom of Dr. Sue’s teachings. Nourished by wholesome food, enriching conversation, and powerful healing practices, I left feeling energized and empowered to move forward in my life in a meaningful and purposeful way. I am forever grateful!
