A Home for Caretakers or Guests
The Stone Cottage was built in 1914 as a place for two guests to share. For privacy, there were two separate entrance master bedrooms with a shared kitchen in between. The master bedroom off the main covered patio has been converted into a living room area. Today, the Stone Cottage features hardwood floors in the master bedroom and living room, with a tiled efficiency kitchen in between. There are two traditional stone wood-burning fireplaces, one full bath and one powder room with laundry. A hot tub with waterfall and stream features is located just off of the main covered patio. Ideally situated between the Manor House, the pool and Pool House, and the Pavilion, it is a perfect place for guests or caretakers.
